Steve was a non-executive Director of Westpac Banking Corporation from March 2019 to October 2021 and has served a five-year term as a Guardian of the Future Fund of Australia.

Nick Menere
Nick was Atlassian’s Group Product Manager of Automation, he was one of the earliest employees of Atlassian in 2005 and was one of the key Product Engineers responsible for the product development of Atlassian’s core product, JIRA. In 2016, Nick co-founded Code Barrel, the makers of ‘Automation for Jira’, a low-code tool for easily automating many aspects of Jira. Code Barrell was acquired in 2019 by Atlassian. Nick now sits in portfolio company Year13 as Head of Product.
John McCarthy
John McCarthy has nearly 30 years of experience in the Funds management industry. John is currently a Senior Advisor to Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (MIRA) and serves on their investment committee. Prior to that, John was with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (“ADIA”), where he most recently sat as Global Head of the sovereign wealth fund’s infrastructure arm. Prior to his six-year career at ADIA, John served as Global Head of Deutsche Asset Management’s RREEF Infrastructure division for eight years. This followed more than seven years as Global Head of Infrastructure Capital & Structured Capital Markets at ABN AMRO Bank and a further eight years at BZW where he was Head of Infrastructure.
